I would like to add granulated sugar to heavy cream to be absorbed before whipping it. I mean like 2 or 3 days before whipping. Mine always falls apart when I start to add the sugar, powdered as well.Can I add granulated suger to Heavy cream b4 whipping?
You could, but it's best to wait until you're ready to consume it to add the sugar and whip it.
If you're using it right away (like within an hour of whipping it) it shouldn't fall. It's not one of those things that can stay for a long time since it doesn't have any additional chemicals in it like whipped cream out of a can or tub.

if it is falling apart as you add the sugar you are probably adding too much sugar at once. when the cream just starts to whip begin adding the sugar add it 1/3 at a time whipping in between
it will not whip right if you add it ahead of time
