What can I make with two tubs of cream cheese?

I bought two tubs of cream cheese to make a corn casserole and did not end up making it. Any recipes for cream cheese?What can I make with two tubs of cream cheese?

cream cheese makes a good base for a dip as well. pour salsa or other dips on top of it. EXCELLENT!
How about cheesecake (if you like that)? There are recipes on allrecipes.com.
Like everyone else, I recommend cheesecake. But go to www.kraftfoods.com and search for cheesecakes for over 200 different recipes. They also have a lot of other ways to use cream cheese.

Summer Berry Trifle





1 cup boiling water


1 pkg. (8-serving size) JELL-O Brand Strawberry Flavor Gelatin


Ice cubes


1/2 cup cold water


2 cups mixed berries (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries)


1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened


1-1/4 cups cold milk, divided


1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Cheesecake or Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding %26amp; Pie Filling


1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Strawberry Whipped Topping, thawed


1 pkg. (12 oz.) pound cake, cubed





STIR boiling water into dry gelatin in large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Add enough ice to cold water to measure 1 cup. Add to gelatin; stir until ice is completely melted. Let stand about 15 minutes or until thickened. (Spoon drawn through gelatin leaves definite impression.) Stir in berries.


PLACE cream cheese in large bowl; beat with wire whisk until creamy. Gradually add 1/4 cup of the milk, beating until well blended. Add remaining 1 cup milk and dry pudding mix; beat 2 minutes or until well blended. Gently stir in whipped topping. Set aside.


PLACE about half of the cake cubes in bottom of large serving bowl; cover with half of the pudding mixture. Top with layers of the gelatin mixture, remaining cake cubes and remaining pudding mixture. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until ready to serve. Store leftover dessert in refrigerator.
How about Taco Dip?? Yummy...now I want some!! All you need is: sour cream, cream cheese, shredded cheese, lettuce, and taco seasoning and any other toppings you would like!!

1 cup sifted all-purpose flour


1/4 cup sugar


1 tsp grated lemon peel


1/2 tsp vanilla extract


1 egg yolk


1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine, softened





___________Filling_____________


5 pkg (8 oz size) (40 oz) cream cheese, at room temp.


1 3/4 cups sugar


3 tbsp all-purpose flour


1 1/2 tsp grated lemon peel


1 1/2 tsp grated orang peel


1/4 tsp vanilla extract


5 eggs


2 egg yolks


1/4 cup heavy cream


(note: both orange peel and lemon peel not required)

1. in medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, lemon peel and vanilla. Make well in center; add egg yolk and butter. Mix with fingertips until dough cleans side of bowl.


2. Form into a ball and wrap in waxed paper. Refrigerate about 1 hour.


3. Preheat oven to 400F. Grease the bottom and side of a 9-inch springform pan; trim edge of dough.


5. Bake 8-10 min. or until golden.


6. Meanwhile, divide rest of dough into 3 parts. Roll each part into a strip 2 1/2 inches wide and about 10 in. long.


7. Put together springform pan, with the baked crust on bottom.


8. Fit dough strips to side of pan, joining ends to line inside completely. Trim dough so it comes only three-fourths way up side of pan. Refrigerate until ready to fill.


9. Preheat oven to 500F. Make Filling: In large bowl of electric mixer(large bowl and beaters work), combine cream cheese, sugar, flour, lemon, and oramge peels and vanilla. Beat, at high speed, just to blend.


10. Beat in eggs and egg yolks, one at a time. Add cream, beating just until well combined. Pour mixture into springform pan.


11. Bake 10 min. Reduce oven temp. to 250F and bake 1 hr longer.


12. Let cheesecake cool in pan on wire rack. Glaze top with blueberry or cherry pie filling if desired(you can buy these in cans at a store).


13. To serve: Loosen pastry from side of pan with spatula. Remove side of springform pan. Cut cheesecake into wedges.


Makes 16-20 servings.

Buffalo Wing Dip:


8oz. Cream Cheese


10oz. canned chicken


1 cup of Franks red hot


1/2 cup ranch dressing


shredded cheddar





Melt everything together except the shredded cheddar and ranch dressing. remove from heat and stir in Ranch dressing. Pour into a pie plate and sprinkle on some cheddar cheese. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 20 minutes. Great with tortilla chips.
2 Easy Ideas:





* Fruit Dip


Combine equal parts cream cheese and brown sugar. Stir together until lumps are gone. Serve with apple slices.





* Pickle Dickles (appetizer)


Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on shaved corned beef. Wrap corned beef around dill pickle. Chill 1 hour. Remove from fridge. Slice into coins and serve wtih toothpicks.
