A friend of mine says the haemorrhoid cream is good for getting rid of bags under your eyes?

Is this true? If so, what kind is the best and how should it be applied? How often do you put it on - morning/night? Also, are there any known side effects?A friend of mine says the haemorrhoid cream is good for getting rid of bags under your eyes?
Please don't do this, I was a pageant girl for a while and girls used to do this to tighten their skin around the eyes, but increased usage makes the tissue around the eye papery and thin and very baggy, so makes it worse over time, not better. Some girls ended up looking 50 years old at the age of 26 because of this. It's silly, pile creams were made for application to ones ****, not eyes.

There are effective creams you can buy over the counter, ask your chemist what they reccomend.

i was told that too but dont fancy trying it! its also supposed to be good for big spots tht swell up and it makes them go down nearly straight away!!
It seems true
I've heard that too. Make sure you don't get it in your eyes, and quit using if you seem to have sensitive skin, or be getting an allergic reaction. Most have the same ingredients in them. May want to start w/a low dose.

I have also been told this. I think it needs to be used at night caefully around the eyes - because its for piles it only contains mild ingredients that work normally to shrink the piles but on your face they tighten the skin. xx
My partner uses it, and its really effective.

she uses no particular brand and puts it on after removing her make-up at night.

The only problem is having to go to a different chemist every week so they don't think she's got **** grapes for months on end.
Yes its true, I've tried it and it works by shrinking the swollen tissue around and under your eyes. The cream is the one that works not the gel. Goldie Hawn has used this for years. Be careful not to get it into your eyes. You can use it anytime but I use it both in the morning and in the evening before bed. You should notice a difference in about a week. Preparation H is the cream to use and as far as I know there aren't any side effect. If after using it you get a rash in the area then stop using it.
I think it has fantastic immediate results but how good can it be in the long run! It works by immediately tightening the skin, but that elasticity will just slack again - probably looking baggier afterwards!!! I say get a good nights sleep and drink herbal tea and eat lots of high water fruit and veg - this will naturally get rid of bags under eyes
It is true!!!!! I like the prep. H. gel type. it is good to use in the morning. it really helps the swelling. Many models use this.
actually they use it in Beauty Pagents. But once again that's a really strong chemical for the face don't u think? I would a really good face mask and some eye cream or serum...

I'm using Loreal.
i 2 have heard this, but wouldn't attempt to try it, you eyes may shrink !
Probably a small amt at night. I have some just for that purpose, but have not used it yet. Guess I am a chicken, and think my face will look like by ......! Just kidding... I am ready to give it a try, but I am wondering the same thing. I doubt if there is any side effects and probably all the expensive eye cream is just that...Hemorrhoid cream.
I'd heard that too! Never tried it tho...sorry!
Eye area is mega delicate. Buy a good brand eye cream, such as Elemis or Decleor. You could cause damage if you use a pile cream long term, its for your backside after all.
Many models do this and also women on their wedding day. It is an old trick. You want to put it on within an hour of going out in public. Put it on under your makeup. Dont get it in your eyes and just use it underneath. A little bit should do the trick. It should last for a while. Just check the mirror to see if it is working still. If this is for an important date or your wedding , be sure to try it a few weeks ahead of time to be sure your skin wont have a bad reaction to it.
i heard about this too, but have no idea if it really works!
