BROCCOLI CHICKEN CHEESE CASSEROLE





INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)


4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves


1 pound broccoli florets, cooked


1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup


1 tablespoon mayonnaise


1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese


1 cup dry stuffing mix


DIRECTIONS


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).


Boil chicken until tender and shred or cut into bite size pieces. Meanwhile, steam broccoli until crisp but tender.


In a small bowl mix together the soup and mayonnaise. Set aside. In a 9x13 inch baking dish layer the chicken, broccoli, soup mixture, and cheese. Sprinkle dry stuffing mix over the top and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.What is a simple, tasty recipe using cream of mushroom soup?
This recipe is very easy and it will become a favorite soup recipe that you go back time and again.





Ingredients








* 1/2 pounds of fresh mushrooms


* 3 cups of whole milk


* 2 tablespoons of butter


* 1 tablespoon of flour


* Salt and pepper





# Cook the stems and peeling of the mushrooms in one cup of water for 15 minutes.





# Strain your mushroom liquor and set liquid aside.





# Put butter and chopped mushrooms in a frying pan and cook slowly for ten minutes. Stir occasionally.





# Add flour and blend it in with the mushrooms.





# Add mushroom liquor, milk and seasoning.





# As you are serving your soup, add a teaspoon of whipped cream to each bowl.

pepper (no salt, soup is usually salty)





bake, when done mix remaining soup with just enough water to make a gravy, add browning sauce if you like, pour over meatloaf and bake another 10 minutes.

Campbell鈥檚 Cream of Mushroom Soup (1 can) 鈥?$0.50


French Bread (1 small mini loaf) 鈥?$0.25

Put Campbell鈥檚 soup in pot. Add water. Bring to boil stirring often, or it will burn on the bottom like no tomorrow. Meanwhile put your bread in the toaster and toast it up. Put soup in a large, no, HUGE bowl. Help yourself to bread. Yum!














Chicken Bake





Campbell鈥檚 Mushroom Soup (1 can) 鈥?$0.50


2 Skinless, Boneless Chicken Breast Halves - $2.00

Total: $2.50





I modified this to a half recipe, plus I like more gravy! Place chicken in 2 qt. baking dish, glass is good. Spread soup evenly over the chicken and cover it. You probably want to dilute the soup a bit w/ water and add some black pepper.





Bake the whole shebang for 30 minutes at 400 degrees. Take it out. That鈥檚 it.

Chicken On Rice





3/4 cup rice


1 can soup


1 soup can milk


1 package chicken thighs (boneless skinless)


1 envelope onion soup mix





Mix rice, soup, milk and half of the envelope onion soup mix together in a 13X9 inch (greased) pan. Place chicken thighs on top. Sprinkle with remaining onion soup mix. Bake at 350, covered in foil, 1 hour, or until rice is tender and chicken is cooked.
ok picture it! you like porkchops or chicken, cut into either one so it looks like a pita pocket, brown on each side, stuff the middle with already prepared stuffing, stovetop is the best, 2 boxes works best, take remaining prepared stuffing, mix with a can of cream of whatever soup and milk, so its thick and creamy, pour over chicken or pork in a baking dish, put in the oven at 350 for about 30 min so everything is warm and cooked all the way, leave covered with foil so it doesnt burn, im tellin you its the best!!!
mix defrosted chicken tenderloins, 1 can of cream of mushroom soup, 1 can of cream of chicken soup, 1 cup of rice and 2 cups of water together in a pyrex dish (or any kind of backing dish) cook for 1 hour at 350 degrees
Tuna casserole.


Pour over chicken and bake.


Eat as soup.
Fry a couple porkchops and top with the heated mushroom soup. You can even serve all of it over white rice.
If its nice and thick you can use it as a pasta sauce. If its not you can ticken it with some cornflour over the stove.

I would add fried onions garlic and more mushrooms, to make a healthy soup.
