How does one make those beef and cream cheese pinwheel things?

You know. They are made, I think, from cream cheese, green onion, thin-sliced beef lunchmeat, and spread in a tortilla, or something, then rolled up and sliced. I need amounts and specifics. Do you use flour tortillas? Thanks! How does one make those beef and cream cheese pinwheel things?
I make these for my daughters' lunches at school

we take a whole wheat tortilla and spread it w/cream cheese (no specific amount) then take about 4-5 slices of lunchmeat and 3-4 slices of cheese (we use muenster) then roll it up and slice it into 1'; slices.

my kids love it!!

for a twist-we add dried cranberries or cucumbers too

Spread whatever amount of cream cheese you like on tortilla-layer the amounts you like of any other ingredients like meat, cheese and veggies and then roll up and slice. It's not exactly rocket science. Flour tortillas work the best but you can also use flatbreads. Chill roll ups before slicing so the wheels stay together.
there really is no specific amount of anything to use, just eyeball it to your preference. You can use any kinda tortilla, meat, veggies, sauces.

Heres one I make.

4 flour tortillas

1Green bell pepper

Some thinly sliced chicken breast (like from a deli)

Thousand island dressing

Some bacon crumbled up

I cut the pepper into thin strips %26amp; satay till it wilts a bit

then pile in all on the tortilla roll %26amp;slice.

You can do any combo of ANYTHING you like. Just play with it %26amp; have fun!
